We upgraded our room to a cabin on the front with a sea view, due to having a 2 year old we wanted that convenience. On day one we jumped straight into the sea for a swim, it was warm and idyllic turquoise blue. The food was exceptional! I can honestly say it's the best pineapple rice I've ever had! Actual toast and butter for breakfast, omelettes, pancakes and my Asian husband enjoyed the minced pork and eggs. A real treat. We rented a motorbike easily, there is no grab on the island. There are a few restaurants and shops in walking distance too. Thank you for having us stay at your beautiful sea breeze house. Joy, Thang & Bao

They made sure everything was perfect for our stay and were super helpful even with the language barrier. They were able to provide us 2 scooter rentals (koh yao yai was the only place in Thailand that I drove my own scooter it was very calm and remote). They brought us water and home made breakfast (the fried dough was amazing!) They were able to provide us a laundry service and our clothes came back very clean. I highly recommend staying at Relaxing House Koh Yao Yai and booking a Hong Island Boat Tour through the owner, it was our favorite boat tour that we did on our two months traveling throughout Thailand. The beaches were beautiful. It's a little away from the main tourist area which we found nice, a short 15 minute scooter ride if we wanted to get over to the resorts/ shopping. The bungalow was clean and we loved the owner's kitty's coconut would have my morning coffee with me while I worked remotely.

The hospitality and kindness of Trai is the greatest highlight ! He even arranged a market visit for us to choose what we wznted for breakfast and prepare how we like. He shared so much. He was also very helpful to organize the phang nha boat trip, far from the touritic Arras wirh the greatest guys ! The room is very lovely with the nice view and balcony. For any last minute commodities a 7 eleven is just 5 minutes walking distance
