First, the owner (Ake) is so kind, and helped us for everything, starting with giving us tips for the island, gave us a scooter, … The room was so clean and well equipped! There’s even a kitchen room when you can cook some stuff if you want. The place is near the center, but you will need a scooter to move around :) Go there and you will be sure to have a wonderful stay!

I stayed at The Sun Long Beach Resort for 6 nights and had such a lovely experience. The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to Long Beach and close to the main road where you’ll find restaurants, an ATM, and a grocery store. Super convenient without being noisy. The room was spotless, spacious, and really comfortable. They leave fresh water every day, which was a thoughtful touch, and you can also rent a scooter directly from the resort, which made it really easy to explore the island. It’s true that there’s a mosque nearby and you can hear the call to prayer, especially early in the morning—but I used earplugs and slept right through it every night without a problem. The real highlight was the staff—they were incredibly kind and helpful. My flight was seriously delayed and I arrived really late, after restaurants had already closed. They proactively messaged me to ask if I’d like them to prepare something in advance—and when I arrived, there was a delicious pad Thai and fresh watermelon waiting for me, which they didn’t even charge for. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and made me feel so welcome. Would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful, well-located stay with genuinely kind people running it!

A car rental service is available at the guest house. The bed was so comfy, great price, 7 11 and ATM close.by,plus lots of restaurants. The owner was lovely and spoke great English, and to hire a bike was only 150.

The property was built in 2019 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. The guest house features an infinity pool with a pool bar, as well as a hot tub and a shared kitchen. Staff were exceptional! I had some special requests that were granted without question. Location is perfect. Highly recommend.

All units will provide guests with a fridge. The place is so nice. Clean and comfortable huts in a lovely setting. Red is a gentleman, willing to help with everything and they make lovely food and at a very good price. Scooter will be needed as it is a 30 minute walk from the beach. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, best host we have had in Asia

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests can access the guest house via private entrance. We loved our stay over Christmas, we spent 5 nights here and didn’t want to leave. Amazing spot, just off the beach. The hammock was heaven !

The property offers garden views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lanta Smile Inn. Mr Yim is a great host, very friendly, helpful and glad to help organise tours etc in Koh Lanta. The room was modern, spotlessly cleaned and had great air con. The location is very central, 5 minute walk to long beach and there are plenty of eateries and a minimart within 2 mins walking distance. The location is also serviced by a lot of the free transfers included with tours/boats. The accomodation also offers pickup/drop off from the pier for 100THB pp. Would highly recommend this spot and would happily stay again.
