Our host also took us to the night markets on his tuktuk for free as well as to the bus station on departure. Our room was nice and comfortable with no issues.

They provide 6 hangers, twice what sound places provide. The location is a perfect distance between downtown and its food market on the one hand, and the reservoir and wooden bridge. Neighbour had motorcycle taxi.
