It's my third time visiting Gorée Island, and this time i choose to spend a night there. The island has a particular beauty and colors.
The locals, has most part of the senegalese people are warm.
The Maison Augustin is in the core of the island. The room is confortable and cozy. Was ready to receive me and very clean.
The bathroom even though is shared was clean.
The staff is friendly and prepares you a very good breakfast.
I will return.

We stay only one night, and came very late. Owner was incredible friendly, he met us downstairs. In the morning he help us with our problems. We feel like in friend house. Thank You Sonu.

Loman Art is just extraordinary - the concept of combining an art gallery, guest rooms, a restaurant and rooftop bar makes this place so unique and special; rooms are comfy, breakfast tasty (check out different places to sit!), the roof top has many areas - find your favourite spot; Loman and her team are super kind and helpful; great location to reach the monument de la Renaissance, the lighthouse, also not far from the Almadies! P.S.: As a souvenir - buy or order some of the great art of the house!!

ground floor room was humid and had a bad smell but i got a free and uncomplicated upgrade to a room 9n the first floor, which was perfect.
