Bread delivered outside your door every morning in a hanging basket. There was a welcome basket with a couple large loaves of bread, wine, tins of tuna, tea - very nice and unexpected. Oats, cereals, milk, and eggs available. Kitchen was well equipped with necessities. A couple nice patios for lounging and eating while looking at the ocean across the quiet street. The public pool was closed for the season but it is right there.

The view is top, the bedrooms were great, the BBQ place was so cool and the host was very friendly and took care of everything. We could also leave our luggage in the apartment after we checked out. Definitely can recommend the apartment :)

The breakfast served here was fantastic, the room perfect for our needs and the balcony so beautiful!! Lajes was an excellent location for us, we loved the pastry shop and restaurant just up the street. Quiet but neighborly, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island! Highly recommend renting a car and taking advantage of the ocean swimming holes! Sao Roque had the best one. And the bar Cella Bar near the capital has a gorgeous view!

The parking was easy to use because I was the only one staying there that had a car. Easy to get to but would certainly not walk to town.
