The apartment is very comfortable and well decorated with lot of amenities available. We have loved the central location, and the seasonal Christmas market. There are some coffee shops just out the door that provide excelent breakfast options.

I had landed from an 8-hour trip from the US to Portugal and I had to drive 3 hours and I was sick and he was so kind he let me. Before check-in time at 3:00 p.m. he let me in at 11:00 and let me sleep and also let me recharge my cell phone. He was very kind and thoughtful

The view and sunset was one of the best we’ve had and Eric with family cooked us two incredible dinners with locally sourced ingredients. Even if we could not speak either portugese, spanish or french - the communication was effortless. Beautiful room with a view over the valley and a beautiful breakfast was bonus. Would love to visit again in the future!

We had a beautiful large room with so much character. It was clean and well appointed. The little kitchen was nice to have for the few evenings we ate in. It was so nice to find a pet friendly place to stay, as I was traveling with my cat. The breakfast was great! There were a number of choices available. The host was amazing. She was so kind and caring. She always took the time to greet us and ask if we needed anything. She shared her knowledge on where to shop for items we were looking for. When my husband took ill, her concern was touching and sincere. We would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed a week and would go back in a heartbeat. It felt like home

My stay at Palacium Charming Suites was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and I want to give a special mention to Ricardo, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. My room was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom and the bed were amazing — truly a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
