📍 Located just 50 meters from the docks and a 17-minute walk to El Istmito Beach, Hostal Hansi offers the perfect base to explore the vibrant island life of Isla Colón. Hostal Hansi is very well situated in Bocas' center, 30 m to water taxis, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, 100 m to buses to the beaches. Very practical. There's a new owner since 8 months who strives to improve all the equipments. I had a double deluxe room, good size with new ventilator on the ceiling and air condition, a small terrace with table and 2 chairs, some coat hangers, nightstand. The large double bed is comfortable, also the pillows. The bathroom has a good size with hot shower and shelves. The common kitchen has 2 sinks and 2 gas stoves, so we can be cooking all together at the same time. The fridge is very clean. There is inside a place with a number corresponding to your room. There are 2 tables and chairs near the reception and some tables and chairs outside on a large terrace facing the street. Good vibe. All tourists and owner very friendly. My favourite beach on Bocas del Toro: Bluff beach. To go to Boquete I recommend the trip boat and shuttle via Chiriqui grande better than Almirante. Buy the ticket at Pana Bocas officina next to the police station 50 m from Hansi.

Some units feature views of the sea or garden. Great accommodation between sea and jungle, away from the city hustle. The only sound you hear are the sea waves and birds. The room was spacious and comfortable, the patio with kitchen was a huge plus, especially during rainy days. We loved that they changed our bed sheets every 2 days, which nowadays doesn't happen even in 4 or 5-star hotels. Nadia and Salvatore go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They gave us a lot of tips for our tours and ways to explore the island. I can definitely recommend this place and would book it again!

My partner and I spent an unforgettable weekend in a charming overwater cabin on popa island. The ocean views were absolutely stunning, and the serene atmosphere made it the perfect escape. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. Their warmth and hospitality truly enhanced our stay. We loved having access to snorkels and paddleboards, which allowed us to fully enjoy the crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life. It was a blissful experience that we’ll always cherish. Highly recommend this paradise to anyone seeking relaxation and adventure in a breathtaking setting.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the cost of your stay and the on-site organic gardens supply many of the ingredients for meals. Everything is just perfect. Bungalows, food, locals, tours the best you can imagine.

The attention to detail and way the rooms and hotel grounds were carefully curated was so unique and beautiful. You could tell a lot of time and effort goes into making sure guests have a unique experience, and I surely did as part of my stay. The location was perfect and easy to get to the main island and other islands within Bocas - not to mention the views over the water were insanely beautiful. The breakfast options in the morning were terrific and all the staff were so helpful and thorough in their duties . The owners were amazing and helped with suggestions on activities, transportation, and overall everything that you needed to know to have a great experience. They were super friendly and helpful, and they made my experience so much better by being just really good people. I’ve already recommended Casa Aquario to friends and family, and I look to go back again in the future. 10 out of 10 experience.

My husband and I decided to spend a week in Bastimentos. It is a calm place to stay at. The location is perfect, everything's nearby, and it's right in the middle of Old Bank. The deck is a great place to just relax, chill, read a book, listen to some music or watch the sunset. Even though the kitchen is small, it has most necessary things. When in need of a water taxi, please ask for Maya. He's nice, responsible, and very punctual. Finally, the star of our stay, and the cherry on top were the daily breakfast options offered by Kiosco&Pescador. Eunice was the kindest and her food was the most delicious.

You can play darts at Bastimentos Hill Guest House. Very friendly owner. Nice to stay in Bastimentos, away from big Bocas Crowds. Would recommend for two nights. You can walk to the beach on the other side of the island.

El Paso de Almirante is situated in Almirante and offers a shared lounge. The property has city and inner courtyard views. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site.
