We had a wonderful stay at the camp! The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. The location was beautiful and perfect for relaxation. Additionally, I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities, which added to the overall comfort. Highly recommend!

At the inn, each room is equipped with a balcony with a mountain view. Featuring a private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries, rooms at Remal Camp also offer a city view. Guest rooms at the accommodation include air conditioning and a wardrobe. Don’t even think—just book! I was worried about driving in the sand, but these guys make it SO easy. Got a message right after booking with clear coordinates. They guide you in, help deflate tires if you have a 4x4, and offer transfer if you don’t. The tents are gorgeous—like luxury hotel rooms in the middle of the desert. Comfy Egyptian cotton beds, AC, Wi-Fi… total glamcamping. Super organized, helpful, and responsive team. 10/10 experience!

House is warmly decorated. The rooms come with a satellite TV and a private bathroom, and the suite has a traditional seating area. Also, enjoy the indoor swimming pool in all chalets.
Exceptionally helpful, I forgot my hand bag at the property, they were so kind to send it to Muscat the same day.

Situated in Al Raka in the Al Sharqiyah region, Sand House features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, the 4-star guest house has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. We liked everything. It is far way better even than a 5 star hotel! We booked the bubble room and in first night we were alone at the property like we owned the place. Although we could stay in any of other rooms inside hotels which were also perfect super new rooms with 5 star views but we prefered to stay in the bubble for our very first time.Super clean, decent breakfast (only this needs attention) but you have a kitchen, bbq and very close (by car) a supermarket and you will feel like home eventually. And last but not least Mister Majed, the external partner which makes activities in Wahiba Sands and also the guy who helps to have a smooth check in before you arrive, is an outstanding person who fulfil every inquiry and makes our stay even better. So if you havent booked anything for safari or other activities in the area, Mr. Majed will take care for you for very reasonable prices.

Said was amazing host. Do not cheat yourself for dinner at the camp. You can walk up the Hill behind the camp and see sunrise and sunset. It is close to the city but this gives an amazing contrast between dessert I one side and city in the other of the horizon. You can see a beautiful starsky here. This place is not for a luxury, perfect clean stay but for a local experience supporting local economy and with great host. Said served us omani coffee and dates at arrival. Thank you for great stay 🙏

It's a small desert camp that offers a genuine and authentic experience. Said is a great host, very informative and welcoming. He tells plenty of stories and is an avid traveler himself. We loved the food and campfire at night. The desert itself is breathtaking.

Great location - our tent was on the top of the dune providing fantastic views at sunrise (but not only). The interior of the tent is nothing fancy but comfortable and charging via USB is provided. Bathroom - in the desert sun or under the stars :-) Very good food. Camp is rather quiet. Additional attractions (like dune bashing or camel ride) available onsite. Friendly hosts. Bonfire after the dinner is a great idea.

The camp is in a great location on top of the dunes. The tents were spacious and comfortable and the host was very welcoming and helpful. communication prior to the trip was excellent. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

The transfer arrived on time. The campground is very clean. We were especially pleased with the clean toilets. We lived in a cozy three-person tent. There is also a large tent on site for all guests, where fresh fruit, tea, coffee and dates are always available. Many thanks to the host for the opportunity to admire the desert, for the delicious dinner and breakfast, and for the ATV ride. It was truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back. We recommend this place to everyone.

Salim the host was very helpful and accessible for any questions. This was the cheapest on booking so I viewed my stay in that context. The tent was clean and comfortable, nice bed and duvet. Shower and toilet were perfectly functional. The food was nice and home made. I did the dunes bashing g which was good fun, Salim is a master driver and obviously at home in those conditions, it was perhaps a little pricey at 25omr and hour but to be fair that may be the going rate anywhere, I don't know. Nice campfire after din er.

It was a truly extraordinary experience :) The host Rashid is a wonderful man who fulfilled all our requests and desires. The resort is located in a charming place, in the middle of beautiful dunes, where there is peace and quiet. The resort has a whole set of attractions - whatever you dream of! We took a camel sunset trip and it will be an unforgettable experience. The food - delicious, the service - extraordinary, the place - wonderful. This is the best resort for you if you want to explore the deserts of Oman. Thank you Rashid!
