Great location, you can reach all the sights within a couple of minutes. The room is spacious and it is possible to use the roof top, just to relax and enjoy the view. And outstanding hospitality throughout the stay, we felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay very much.

The guest house is in a perfect location for the Balcony walk. It is on the doorstep of the start of the walk. The food we had for both meals was lovely. We were nervous about driving to the accomodation as we didn’t have a 4*4. We arranged for a transfer from Al Hamara which is 1 hour away for 50 OMR return. This was well worth it. The driver was on time and drove safely. He also pointed out some sights and stopped off at a gorgeous coffee shop en route :)

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Nizwa, close to all the key landmark points and just a stroll away from the Fort and the Souq. Despite being central, the surroundings were quiet and overall we felt very safe. The room we had overlooked the entrance area and was well equipped with all amenities, including water, coffee, hairdrier, slippers and bathroom necessities. We particularly appreciated the reliable air conditioning since it was quite hot outside! The property owner and the staff have been super helpful and kind with us, giving us a goodbye gift upon departure which was greatly appreciated! We felt very welcomed and valued guests. Extra points for parking (difficult to find in Nizwa!)

We received an upgrade and received the room on the last floor, which was beautiful. The staff was always kind and even gave us a box of dates upon check out. Dinner and breakfast were simple but tasty.
