Unusual location with tropical forest/ woods in front. Lovely Couple with Phil a Gentleman , he carried our heavy luggage to and from our car to the room. ( 3 flights of steps). Not really for old people these steps. But the place very nice Super cuddly warm bed ( (13 C) at night, brilliant Hot shower. we really enjoyed our 3 nights there. We recommend.

If I could give 11/10, I would! This cottage was so comfortable and Paula had literally thought of everything. You could tell so much thought and care had gone into everything which was greatly appreciated. The hosts were super friendly (but gave us total privacy at the same time). The location was perfect for visiting the glow worm caves as it was only a short drive away. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Had everything we needed. The space was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. It was close to a lot of places to eat and areas of interest. The hosts were amazing and so friendly and welcomed us right in. Definitely a good find.

The cottage very nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast was continental and had a great selection of things to choose from. Loved the homemade bread! Our hostess Julie was extremely nice and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable.

A very well run and thoughtfully designed studio. The room is private, large, comfortable, has a lot of amenities (Nespresso machine, kitchenette, breakfast cereal, fresh milk, large shower,comfy robes etc). There is great attention to design and it looks like something you’d see in a best home magazine. Lovely views. The hosts are warm and helpful.

Very private and modern one bedroom cottage located next to the original house, and continental breakfast supplied which came in handy as we had to leave early for our tour at Hobbiton. Beautiful garden and very friendly hosts which gave us tips on how to break the algorithms on the internet to get a last minute booking for the next day, to get on a tour around Hobbiton - which had been sold out up to that point.

Very cute and cosy. Even though it was raining during our trip, all the soft and snuggly blankets, rugs and pillows made the space feel very welcoming. The bed was big and soft, and it was great waking up to the birds chirping in the morning. Having the lounge room separate from the bedroom was a pleasant change from a standard hotel room. Nice, big bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. Having breakfast included made for a stress free start to the morning
