Loved how modern looking the entire guesthouse was. It was absolutely clean. Loved the hospitality of Ray and Mikki, with very lovely personal warm touches displayed such as welcome chocs and message, with a bottle of chilled wine for us. It was a wonderful bright modern space that we loved and would return again if we visit Waiheke

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Very private. Feels like Tuscany with olive trees on site and vineyards below. Grapes growing right by your door. A bit tricky to find and you need a car as it is difficult to walk the vary narrow and twisty roads.

The location was wonderful. The Peace and quiet was just what I was looking for. It was a pleasure listening and watching the birds as the went about their business. Our host was excellent and very easy to talk to. Interaction with the other guest was great as we all got on well together. I highly recommend this guesthouse and will be back again Ngā mihi nui kia tātou katoa.

Kiwi House is the best bnb I’ve ever stayed in. The room was clean, comfortable bed and quiet. Hayley the host was so friendly and really helpful. She allowed us to check in really early as the room was ready. The design and layout of the house and garden was beautiful. It’s close to the bus stop that takes you to other parts of the island. Highly recommend Kiwi House.
The property is fitted out excellently, ideal for 2 couples. The fittings are great quality and everything is comfortable. Great location, close to the shops, cafes and beaches.
The host did her best to accommodate our special requests and her communication was very helpful.
We liked our cottage's location - it was so quiet with a wonderful outlook down to the water. There was sufficient space so that no-one felt that they were crowding other family members. Walking around the property provided either easy or hard exercise - you choose. External access from the property was easy and travel to any other parts of the island was also easy. The car ferry docks just down the hill - you are off the ferry and into the cottage within ten minutes, if you dawdle.
