Location was amazing. Remote and peaceful. Nice to be disconnected and relaxed. Our dog Penny loved it and it was so nice to be able to take her on holiday instead of leaving her behind. I had my heart set on Joya Garden cottage the moment I saw it, and it did not disappoint. Everything about it was picture-perfect; Paulina decorated the place beautifully; it had everything we needed and more. The location was secluded yet within walking distance from the town centre. Paulina was a wonderful host and made us feel at home; we would definitely book again should we ever come to Nelson. Thank you

The place was spotless, cozy, and to our delight, came with free chocolates 🍫. It’s a little outside the city, but that made it peaceful and relaxing — plus, there’s a Foursquare store just 600m away for convenience. We also enjoyed the lovely touch of fresh home-grown lemons and oranges. Tom is such an amazing and thoughtful host, which made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk into the place you’re greeted with a welcome sign and chocolates. The place smells amazing and the air conditioner was blowing which was great because it was a hot on the day we arrived. There was a lot of space and everything was so clean. There were also drinks in the fridge which was a nice add after traveling. The location is very walkable to restaurants and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. I felt very safe and enjoyed my evening walk following dinner.
