The hosts were extremely thoughtful in how everything was planned and we could not have wished for more.

We had a great time staying with Prue and Don and look forward to returning in the future! Serene/ quiet location, very clean cabins and bathroom with complementary soaps etc, lovely friendly hosts, nice breakfast, cute friendly dog Oscar, use of free kayaks, well equipped kitchen and Spa pool and use of dart board!

Ugbrooke Country Estate is a recently renovated guest house in Lower Dashwood, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, free bikes and garden. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. This place is wonderful - a destination in itself. Excellent hosts, excellent accommodations, excellent views. A historic house that you would not want to miss! We had dinner there and it was delicious. Well worth the short drive from Blenheim, you won't find better than this, it is a great value. Hope to be back again in the future!

Located in Anakiwa in the Marlborough region, Anakiwa 401 features a patio. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, a pool table, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house provides mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. Beautiful, peaceful, idyllic location right by the water at Queen Charlotte Sound. We enjoyed walking the last leg of the famous Queen Charlotte track, which was a wonderful, relatively easy track offering superb views. Jumped off the jetty for a swim in the sound and within 2 mins having a hot shower at the apartment. Tanya and Shayne could not have made us more welcome. They clearly enjoy sharing their piece of paradise, and their enthusiasm is addictive. Very comfortable bed, great shower, well equipped kitchen, peaceful sleep. Don't hesitate to book and stay as long as you possibly can. You won't regret it! We've stayed in some gorgeous places in the South Island and this one was our favourite. Offering a garden and garden view, Top of the Town is set in Picton, 1.7 km from Picton Memorial Park Beach and 1.9 km from Shelley Beach. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Free private parking is available and the guest house also offers car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Tracee gave us tips for eating, we could wash clothes at her place (my bag never reached me in New Zealand) and was very friendly and obliging
