They were always available to help and answered any questions we had. Great service. Room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Very good view and good location. Just a few minute drive to most places we wanted to visit. The complimentary bottle of bubbles definitely enhanced our stay. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice, relaxing stay at Waiheke.

This small hotel offers comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi and buffet continental breakfast in a quiet residential location. It’s very cozy, for me felt like home away from home. Travelling so far away from home, this house and its hosts made me feel welcomed and comfortable. It’s located very close to the center but away from the noise and busy streets. Has a big supermarket around the corner and great food/restaurants open. Then, as a tourist, you can pick up location of Cordis hotel for drop offs/pick up, takes 5 min by Uber. Kerri the live in host has been friendly, helpful, flexible and overall made the stay an amazing experience. Thank you!
