Really helpful suggestions on where to go to see and eat and walks etc. Very comfortable room with everything you need for breakfast but no kitchen per se. Nice touch to have milk and a bottle of fizz in the fridge.

The room is located only a couple of kilometers off of the Te Araroa trail. There is a bus stop directly out front, which would make it easy to get into town, which was a short walk down the hill. The room was very modern and clean. The amenities had everything we needed, including coffee and tea. The toilet is from the future.
