Common area facilities were basic but functional. The recommended tours exceeded my expectations: the fjord and northern lights in Tromso winter were fantastic; the prepared tea and coffee were suitable for outdoor activities. If I came in the summer, I would choose the same place to stay.

View from the rooms is perfect for viewing in the warmth and comfort.

The location provided great views of the Northern Lights; and in the comfort of a fully functional home with heating, space, cooking, dining, with washer and dryer. I was wowed with the huge refrigerator with lazy Susan function. They also had an observation deck in front of the lake with proper chairs and fire pit as an option while waiting for the Northern Lights to appear…or just stay in the comfort of the bigger house. The host was also very helpful and extended help to make our stay really comfortable and memorable. She would even let us know when the northern lights probability would be..and give alerts. 10 out of 10 rating well deserved.
