They are so friendly and also so helpful offering travel tips in Malacca as well as Malaysia. Chua and I talked 2 or 3 times about traveling in Malaysia which really helped me out in my travel plans. The room I had was very clean and the air con worked just fine. The guest house is in a good location being close to Jonker Street and other attractions. There is a convenience store nearby the guest house. There are drawings throughout the guest house which gives it a nice touch and there is a large communal space which is very comfortable. Maria bakes a delicious banana nut bread which makes getting up in the morning something to look forward to plus she gave me some banana nut bread when I checked out. If I make it back to Malacca, I will return to the Old Town Guest House. Thank you Chua and Maria for a wonderful visit!
