Always ready to please with a smile on their face. Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

I'm here off season so it's not busy but amazing. the location is perfect as well.

It is run by a friendly and caring family. Walkable distance to the town centre. Breakfast was included with our stay and they insisted on waking up early to prepare it even though we had to wake up early to drop off our rental car in Cancun. Parking is on the property behind a closed gate. I would definitely stay here again.

Ghandi and Elena invited me to join them for dinner and breakfast. Their home-made tacos were delicious, and the hibiscus tea was very refreshing. I also learned some great travel tips and got to know more about Mexican and Mayan culture from Ghandi. Chirrín was super cute and sweet.
