It is run by a friendly and caring family. Walkable distance to the town centre. Breakfast was included with our stay and they insisted on waking up early to prepare it even though we had to wake up early to drop off our rental car in Cancun. Parking is on the property behind a closed gate. I would definitely stay here again.

It's near the centre of town. They have a nice courtyard with a small pool and a place to lounge. A nice, big, clean well equipped common kitchen. The rooms are basic, but clean with air conditioning. It's a family run business and they are very nice and helpful. All in all a very nice stay.
