Owners live on site and are really friendly and helpful. They were a great help to us helping us out with a lift back from Playa Del Carmen and on to our next accommodation in El Cuyo. Good sized room with great wifi. Cleaners are great and clean the room regularly with towels and linen replaced etc. Outside pool area is pleasant and relaxing. Location is good for access to the beach, town and restaurants. Free coffee available in the morning with sugar and powdered milk. Free drinking water available. We had a great stay for 4 weeks.

Comfortable room and we enjoyed the yard with some chairs in the shade to relax or read a book. Parking available and the hotel is close to the center and many restaurants.

The location is the best possible! It is so close to the ADO bus station and to the main square, you could walk everywhere in about 10min. The staff was very nice and available to help with anything. The room was exactly what you can see in the pictures. The house is cute and it looks kind of a more traditional decor. Outside of the room there are a few shared areas, with a kitchen space where you can cook, keep your food in the fridge, and they even have fruit available for the guests, a drinkable water fountain and some snacks! There is also a garden with a cute pool. The shower has hot water and the wifi worked ok. My only suggestion would be to get more water power in the shower. It worked ok but could be improved. Anything else was perfect! Would stay again in this accomodation for sure. Thank you!

We were very satisfied – a beautiful environment, excellent approach in a lovely historic house with period furniture, and a very communicative and caring hostess. The whole place had a unique charm. We felt great. The hostess bid us farewell like a true lady of the house – walking us all the way to the door. Highly recommended!
