Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

Breakfast was included with our stay and they insisted on waking up early to prepare it even though we had to wake up early to drop off our rental car in Cancun. Parking is on the property behind a closed gate. I would definitely stay here again.

They frequently checked in asking if I needed anything. They have lots of good advice on activities, restaurants, and ATMs. Clean and comfortable room, with good AC. Loved having water, coffee, and fruit readily available throughout the day. The pool was a nice perk in the heat of the day. Right down the street from the bus station and colectivos, and really close to the main square and Calle de los Frailes. They also let me store my bag after I checked out, which was such a help as it was a very hot day and my bus didn't leave until 1pm.
