Of all the places we stayed at during our month long trip to yucatan peninsula, this place was by far the best. Dominic, the guy taking care of the place, is really cool, empsthetic and very helpful. knowledgable of places to go etc. The room was clean, so were the bathroom and the kitchen. Plenty of space to chill out at - the pool, the kitchen/common room, the terrace. Its also possible to rent a scooter there, for a reasonable price.

Andrea takes care of the place real good. We got fresh cleaned bed every night, room gets cleaned regularly. Really beautiful view from the top floor pool. Really enjoyed the stay. There's a cafe bambu right downstairs with one of the best espressos on the island. Check in process was very easy and host is super accommodative.

Right on the beach, within walking distance of everything. Hosts were friendly and couldn’t help us more. They even cooked us a lobster dinner as we bought some local lobster. We enjoyed having a communal kitchen as well. David took us onna very reasonably priced eco tour where we saw dolphins, sea turtles and a manatee! An experience of a lifetime!

There is a lovely shared courtyard garden with a kitchen for guests to use. Bikes are available to borrow and there is a car rental play just down the street. I had a great time at Zamunda Garden View and for me it's one of the best places I've stayed in the last few years while traveling through Central America. The grounds are beautifully laid out and the rooms are furnished with great attention to detail. Directly adjacent to the property is Palma Central, a permanent place for food trucks and live music, where you can get excellent food and breakfast. Yes, it hast music until 11pm, as some have already written, but after that it is very quiet. For me it was just a great plus. Early sleepers can find complementary earplugs at the reception desk. Coming to the reception and the host. Erica was one of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Super responsive, friendly, authentic, attentive and she has lots of tips for Tulum and excursions, which she is happy to give personally and has also prepared great WhatsApp lists, which she is also happy to provide.
