Of all the places we stayed at during our month long trip to yucatan peninsula, this place was by far the best. Dominic, the guy taking care of the place, is really cool, empsthetic and very helpful. knowledgable of places to go etc. The room was clean, so were the bathroom and the kitchen. Plenty of space to chill out at - the pool, the kitchen/common room, the terrace. Its also possible to rent a scooter there, for a reasonable price.

We picked the right place and knew we would be taken care of. The location is great, our balcony was a treat and the rooftop plunge pool offered amazing views. Giovanni, Andrea, and the small staff were awesome. Stay here!

Location is great, right on the beach. Our room was huge, with the terrace in front it was a perfect setup for the start of our Mexican trip. The hosts were amazing - super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The boat trip with David was fantastic! Keep in mind that there are times of the day when there's no electricity in the village - it's not an issue but a lifestyle :)

The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, providing everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better – it’s just steps from the ferry, making it easy to explore the island. Plus, you’re surrounded by fantastic restaurants and lively bars, ensuring there's always something to do nearby. What truly stood out was the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Casa del Solar Central to anyone looking for a perfect base to experience Cozumel!

I had a great time at Zamunda Garden View and for me it's one of the best places I've stayed in the last few years while traveling through Central America. The grounds are beautifully laid out and the rooms are furnished with great attention to detail. Directly adjacent to the property is Palma Central, a permanent place for food trucks and live music, where you can get excellent food and breakfast. Yes, it hast music until 11pm, as some have already written, but after that it is very quiet. For me it was just a great plus. Early sleepers can find complementary earplugs at the reception desk. Coming to the reception and the host. Erica was one of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Super responsive, friendly, authentic, attentive and she has lots of tips for Tulum and excursions, which she is happy to give personally and has also prepared great WhatsApp lists, which she is also happy to provide.
