Communication via WhatsApp great as well. Victor was fast and kind in his replies. There is parking in the property. There is also a little fridge, AC and hot water in the cabin. We recommend the stay for future guests.

The guest house features family rooms. Loved my stay at Encanta Luna! The staff were great - friendly and helpful and the room was lovely! It’s was super clean, spacious and very comfortable! Great AC in the room and the whole place felt safe!

The room was clean, it had AC, every room had its own wifi, secure parking, and a kitchenette location so we could keep cold drinks. Our hosts were incredible...we had an issue with our rental car and Carlos helped with communication to a mechanic and even drove us into town while we waited. I could not recommend Casa Coral more while visiting Bacalar.
