Viajero Bacalar has the perfect mix of comfort, great energy and stunning views. The hostel is beautifully renovated, the common areas are super chill, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Kamila is the best! Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the location is close to everything but still peaceful. A perfect spot to enjoy Bacalar. I’d definitely come back.

This place is absolutely amazing! Its location is perfect, offering a serene and peaceful environment ideal for recharging your batteries. Casa Ik is within walking distance of the ruins and a charming Mayan village, making it a convenient and enriching base for exploring the area. Fabian and Ileana are exceptional hosts—friendly, generous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of character, perfectly complementing the natural surroundings. The WiFi worked flawlessly, we had plenty of hot water, and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. We highly recommend this wonderful place and can’t wait to return!

Martha was an amazing host. The location is as in the pictures, a true paradise hidden from the city's chaos. The pool is great and the house big and comfortable. Total value for money, perfect choice if you want to relax, but also be able to enjoy playa del Carmen if needed. Playacar is very safe, guarded, and we had bikes to move around and to the center. Final gem of the pool is a beautiful peacock roaming around.

We loved our stay in Casa Puerto Morelos. The room was comfortable and the staff was amazing. They gave us all sorts of recommendations and things to visit in the town. The location could not be better! The only thing is that may be the bathroom needs some renovation but there was hot water and good pressure so we could not complain! I recommend it without hesitation
