David took us onna very reasonably priced eco tour where we saw dolphins, sea turtles and a manatee! An experience of a lifetime!

The property is 700 metres from the city centre and 800 metres from Tulum Bus station. Everything is perfect, and much better than the photos (if I may). We had an amazing time, warm welcome and amazing guidance on how to best enjoy Tulum. The room is great, very comfortable. 1000% highly recommended!

The location is as in the pictures, a true paradise hidden from the city's chaos. The pool is great and the house big and comfortable. Total value for money, perfect choice if you want to relax, but also be able to enjoy playa del Carmen if needed. Playacar is very safe, guarded, and we had bikes to move around and to the center. Final gem of the pool is a beautiful peacock roaming around.

The property is non-smoking and is located 4.9 km from Tulum Archeological Site. This penthouse is a gem! Superb location in the middle of the jungle. We recommend to hire a car to get to, we didn't have and hopefully Vacation in Tulum could provide us scooter for our stay!

I decided to upgrade and rent the larger apartment instead of the studio and it was the best decision. Fernando the host was extremely accommodating, professional and helpful. This location is super ideal if you plan on walking, the beach is only a few minutes away by foot and there are so many restaurants and bars in the area.

This recently renovated guest house is located 36 km from ADO International Bus Station and 36 km from Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Simple yet reliable and clean. We discovered this hotel in December, and just came back for another stay in September. We had the most basic room with shared bathroom (cleaned 3 times a day) which is right outside the room and very comfortable for only 25 USD a night. There’s also a large communal kitchen, we didn’t cook but it’s right near a grocery store so if you are looking to stay on a budget it’d be easy. The hotel is a 2 min walk to the beach, it’s right off the center square, tons of restaurants… you can’t get a better location! On some nights and mornings there’s a little artisanal market on the square, very cute. Someone was at reception when we arrived but it was possible to check in after hours also - they sent me detailed codes and instructions in advance. Ample street parking and they had a little lot too. Only 20 min from airport. Highly recommend, we will be back!

It definitely exceeded my expectations, the Hotel is absolutely amazing. Very close to ADO bus station, very close to Quinta Avenida and the beach, close to all kinds of businesses (pharmacy, restaurants), quiet, looked like a safe neighborhood close to all main touristic points, easy to find. Location was perfect, superb, the best! Staff was very friendly and helpful, very nice receptionist. The day I went the elevator was out of service, there are a few steps, not a big deal, I did have 2 large suitcases so I sweat a bit going up and down 🤣 Check in, getting keys and check out procedures were easy and quick. Good Wifi. The facilities are AWESOME! The most impressive thing is the cleaningness, everything was prestine, very clean, showers, toilets, sinks and rooms, nothing was dirty. Toilets are separated from showers and sinks, I really liked that, the place has an open concept so there is no line or waiting to use anything. Shower rooms are big with a small waiting area with a bench so you take your things there and it won't get wet. Decoration of the Hotel is very pretty. The room is small exactly like the pictures, beds are very comfortable and big, not much space for luggage so pack light. The place is not hot at all, the whole facility is cool and it is 1 floor under grown level. VERY QUIET, no street noise, you can sleep in absolute silence. I recommend to all, worth every cent and more. Amazing option right in the center of Playa.
