Facing the seafront, Ostrov Beach offers 3-star accommodation in Ukulhas and has a private beach area and garden. This recently renovated guest house features a building dating back to 2023, which is 60 metres from the Ukulhas Beach. The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. Accommodation at Ostrov Beach met our expectations - based on reviews. A large enough room that was cleaned every day, a comfortable bed, excellent food, friendly staff, you take a few steps and you are on the beach, where there are enough sun loungers.... The reason why we chose Ukulhas Island was snorkeling and it was really amazing. There was a coral reef with lots of fish along the entire beach, we met turtles, blacktip sharks, with nurse sharks, Mauritian manta rays... We also took a trip - we swam with manta rays, nurse sharks and enjoyed a beautiful sandbank. The fact that there is a lot of construction on the island did not bother us, we perceived it positively for the future of the island.

At the guest house, units include bed linen and towels. We had one of our best holidays at MAMELLO beach club. Majeed and Samhooz are excellent hosts. They communicated transportation details when we booked the room. They welcomed us at harbor when we arrived at the island, took us to the hotel and offered welcome drinks. The room was clean and modernly decorated. It was cleaned everyday during our stay. The hotel is very close to bikini beach, you can also easily walk to the public beach. There are enough sun beds and umbrellas at the bikini beach. We were able to borrow snorkel equipment from the hotel. Everything was thought for the guests. Hot water was available all the time. Also, we enjoyed 24 hour free coffee and tea. You can choose continental or Maldivian breakfast, both are fulfilling. Dinners are amazing, we had fresh local fish. These are available facilities, which are impressive, but for us, more important was the cozy and friendly atmosphere at the hotel. We met two amazing guests who also felt like home at MAMELLO. We will always remember our holiday with joy, love, and laughter. Some info about the island: the bikini beach was okay, at first I had trouble finding sandy part inside the water but later I was able to find nice parts of the beach. What is special about this island is the coral reef. It is still live and looks like out of this world. For snorkeling, best area is opposite side of bikini beach. Look for best snorkeling sign at google maps. Another thing about the island is that it is close to an abandoned resort, which you can visit at a fair price. Snorkeling at this resort island is also fun. I hope you enjoy your time at Feridhoo.

This is run like a mini resort, maybe 12 rooms; comfortable and well looked after, very nice beds and bedding, nicely landscaped, attentive staff, excellent location, probably the best all around stay that I found in my 5 island "tour" for the purpose of snorkeling and relaxing. The hotel has a very nice beach area with a few lounges and the "bikini beach" is a very short walk down the beach road, it is in a beautiful area with excellent swimming and some snorkeling (you have to look for it out from the hotel dining/lounging area, beyond where the boat is anchored and around the white buoy. The host and all the staffs were amazing, and they kept doing their best to provide me with the best experiences. The room was clean and comfortable as well. Great location close to the ocean.

Breakfast is well organized, with a choice of three different options served in a cozy café just a short walk away. Each morning starts with a fresh juice, and it’s the perfect way to begin the day! The café itself was so nice that we often came back for lunch or dinner — once even enjoying a night with live music. We can only recommend staying at Kunaa. A huge thank-you to our wonderful host Bayezid — nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he’s happy to share stories about the island and its culture. Truly an amazing host!

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Ahiva Village is simply incredible. If you want a quiet and relaxing vacation this is the place. Lea and the rest of the staff are great and gave us a lot of information. We felt very welcome there. The food was great in both quality and possibility of choice (given the fact we are on a remote Island, I was very surprised about it). The bikini beach is less than 5 minutes while the coral beach is about 10-15 minutes. The Mosque at 5am is loud, but it gave us the chance to go to beach earlier as see the beautiful wildlife in the early morning. Overall, I love the hotel and considering to come back.
