This hotel went above and beyond for me and made me feel right at home. Bed was super comfortable, they cleaned my room every day, had a nice expresso machine and made a delicious local breakfast (there is a continental option too). The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. They were so helpful that they even went above and beyond to get something back to me, which I left at the hotel. Thank you!!

All of them, super kind, friendly, helpful, without being pushy. Just nice smiles. Very much appreciated. Food was great (we were half-board), juices were great, location was the best (30sec walk from the most beautiful bikini beach of the highland, with regular sea turtles). We could arrange excursions to manta rays, nurse sharks, coral gardens, octopus and fish fishing... Room was really clean, nice, AC, fan, everything one would need. The most difficult part was to leave such paradise! I will miss Ostrov beach! Highly recommended!

Very kind staff, very clean. We got free snorkeling gear. The location is great, just off the beach and 5 minutes walk to bikini beach (closest guesthouse to bikini beach). The dinner was good, affordable and big, you should try it. Don't miss the amazing snorkeling on the south-east part of the island (wear t-shirt and shorts!), probably 15 min walk away. This island was the nicest of 4 islands we visited (we also visited Dhigurah, Dhangethi and Dhiffushi, we recommend the others in this order) and had the nicest beach.

I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel! The rooms are impeccably clean and incredibly spacious, offering all the comforts one could ask for. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a restful night every single day. One of my favorite features was the beautiful terrace overlooking a lush, serene garden — the perfect spot to relax. I especially appreciated the convenient socket on the terrace, which made charging devices outdoors so easy. The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and the outdoor shower was simply amazing — a refreshing and luxurious touch to the overall experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always trying to ensure my stay was perfect. I also loved the delicious food, especially the authentic and tasty Maldivian breakfast — a true culinary delight! The hotel offers well-organized tours and excursions, which made exploring the area seamless and enjoyable. The Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access added an extra level of convenience. Finally, it’s the attention to detail that makes this hotel exceptional — beach towels, even beach bag, snorkeling equipment, free bikes and so much more are thoughtfully provided to make your stay effortless and memorable. If you’re looking for a combination of comfort, thoughtful service, and a stunning atmosphere, this hotel is the perfect choice!

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The added bonus was the international charger, which made it easy to charge my phone and devices. There is also a local shop nearby, and the beach is within a short walk. The manager also assisted with speed boat transfers and was happy to share his knowledge about the island, including the best spots for snorkeling.

Islam and Mohammed!! They’re amazing! Definitely book the whale shark snorkelling tour with Mohammed. He’s going to take the most amazing videos of you diving with it. The room was clean and service was great. They have Miskito spray against all the mozzies :D and you have a little balcony as well. The service Islam provided was amazing as well! Cleaning offered every day and Greta breakfast.

We loved our experience at the island and at the Amjad's guesthouse. Everyone, including children, speaks English, and all the people we met were friendly. I was able to play football with the local kids. Amjad is a great host and gave us a warm reception, showed us around the island and told us the relevant information about it, organised me and my wife a trip to swim with mantas and a coral garden trip with turtles and other sea creatures. Also, he gave us the guide to show snorkeling on the local beach on the third day, which allowed us to learn how to safely navigate the water with the current and see things we wouldn't see on the tourist beach. On one occasion, we didn't have time for lunch and asked Amjad for sandwiches, and his wife prepared us an amazing lunchbox which we shared on a beach. His wife's breakfasts were always a treat; they were restaurant-grade, and we later discovered that most restaurants on the islands were at most at par. Second part of the trip, we went to a bigger island, and the vibe was completely different. We were able to participate in group activities, and there was a variety of restaurants and everything, but the experience was less romantic and personal. Feridhoo was an ideal place for a honeymoon-like experience we never had back in the day, and Amjad's hospitality was a big part of fostering that experience.

The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds, the food is great (breakfast and dinner) and the property manager Dilyana was very welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend for anyone travelling to Thoddoo!
