The host, Mr. Giancarlo, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond to help us make the most of our time on Gozo. He gave us personalized recommendations based on our travel interests, which really helped us get to know the island quickly and enjoyably. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the bus stop, city center, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gozo!

The accommodation is well situated we did everything we wanted from there and it is in a calm neighbourhood. The room is very clean, the owner was nice. It is a self check-in guesthouse.

Run by 2 sisters, Maria Giovanna Guest House takes its name from their mother and grandmother who managed the property before them. One of the sisters is a pastry chef and prepares homemade cakes for breakfast each morning. This is a little gem; everything was perfect. Sonia was very helpful, her staff friendly and she’s an amazing baker!! The breakfast is simply marvellous and includes hot cooked to order as well as a beautiful array, buffet style, including at least one of Sonia’s freshly baked cakes or tarts. The building is beautifully restored and the finishes are charming. The place and the people are very warm and welcoming. It is very easy to find if travelling there by bus-just a few steps back from the bus stop. It’s close to Victoria as well.

At the guest house, every unit includes bed linen and towels. The room was SUPER clean, the balcony had the best view to the Cittadella and right in the heart of Victoria. The room was great and had everything I needed, even I frigobar. The shower worked great, washroom was really clean, as well as the beds and the room itself.
