The room was very spacious, comfortable and big bed, everything was new and clean. It wasnt luxurious, but had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Free parking available for hotel guests at the parking lot with a ramp. Very polite staff.

Excellent location: several beaches within a 15-minute walk, easy to choose the most suitable one. Very clean and well maintained apartments with beautiful view from the balcony. Host prépares delicious breakfast: you can choose the menu, set the time, and enjoy large portions made from quality ingredients. They also have reliable water supply thanks to a reservoir — no issues even during interruptions, and always very hot water. The communication was quick and friendly, everything solved with kindness.

The location was perfect: quiet, yet within walking distance of the promenade, beaches, restaurants and old town centre. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality. Communication was effortless, check-in was smooth, and we were warmly welcomed with genuine care and attention. Throughout the stay, the host was available for any question, yet discreet, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. I travel often and rarely come across accommodation that combines this level of atmosphere and service. I can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting Herceg Novi — whether for leisure or business. A place that truly feels like home, only better!

The property is a newly renovated boutique hotel owned and operated by Irina and her family. They were very kind and accommodating. The best part of our apartment was the massive balcony that was great for relaxing after a beach day. Right beside the building there is a grocery store and a bakery. The property is a 5 min walk away from the beach front walk way. However, it is important to note that Herceg Novi is very hilly and that distance in the city can be very misleading. Ancora Hotel is about 50 meters away from the beach and we agreed we wouldn’t pick a property any further into the hill than 50 meters. Also, the property is about a 15 minute walk from the old town and all of the hustle and bustle.
