Beautiful room, wonderful garden with several romantic places to take a meal or drink. Staff ist polite and helpful. Amazing view over the fjord. The village of Perast is also recommend: very picturesque but less crowded than Kotor.

The property features sea and mountain views, and is 3.3 km from Roman Mosaics. Guests can enjoy garden views. The views are stunning. It is well situated for trips to Risan, Kotor & boat trips on the lake. The room is exactly as the ad, very comfortable, very neat & clean, with a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a meal. The kitchenette has everything you would require. I loved that there was a wardrobe, I hate my clothes lying in a suitcase. Viewed from outside it has lots of character & is historic. It blends in perfectly with the quaint little village. We stayed 5 days & can 100 recommend this guesthouse

Promenade is in a walking distance of 5-7 minutes by using stairs behind the garden. 20-25 minutes to the center by walking.
