It's a clean and nice place in a very good location. The staff is fantastic. I made a mistake with the booking, I booked for less persons accidentally, but they gave our rooms and did not ask for extra money. Hamza is very kind and helpful. He also offered a tuk-tuk ride for a good price and a restaurant which we enjoyed so much

The Riad itself is beautiful and clean. Room is very well equipped and clean. Staff is very welcoming. The whole place is calm and quiet. I felt very safe staying as a female solo traveler. The Riad location is fantastic. Very close to everything!

Room was big and clean and had everything we needed. We were allowed to check in early and kept our bags on check out day which was great. Really happy and would stay again. Great value and super nice staff. Location is perfect.

I recently stayed at The White Palace with my brother, and once again, it was a wonderful experience—this was actually our third time staying at this hotel! The place is always spotless, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. A special thank you to Moncef at the front office—he was incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and also very funny, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate his warm hospitality. I stayed for two nights, and the location was excellent, close to many popular attractions. The market is only a five-minute walk away, while Raba town centre is around a 30-minute walk. SALE (on the other side of the capital) is easily accessible by taxi or tram. The property itself is lovely, - very clean, cosy, and truly feels like home. The bathroom is well-equipped with large towels and shower gel, and everything is generally neat and tidy. The owner stays in the neighbouring room, which was a first-time experience for me in this type of accommodation. However, the atmosphere was fantastic, - warm and welcoming. I would definitely return to this place or somewhere nearby. A great bonus is the breakfast at a charming spot just a two-minute walk from the main residence. I had a Moroccan friend with me every day, and we sometimes relaxed in the living room. The owner was very accommodating and we had some great conversations. A special thank you for kindly offering breakfast not only to me but also to my friend, who wasn’t staying with me or registered as a guest.
