What we liked the most was the staff. They were very kind and present. Particularly, Omar took a lot a of time to tell us the history of the place and took us for a garden tour and taught us to prepare the best Moroccan tea. He is definitely the sixth star of the hotel. The food and breakfast were also great.

The house is located a little bit far from the main road but Google maps has the location right, so just follow that. The place is newly renovated and they are trying to introduce you to the local culture by for example a cooking class. They are at the beginning of their journey but are up to something really special. It's not just like every other hotel which makes money of your visit, they welcome you to their home and make you feel like one of them.

Mohamed welcomed us with a big smile and a very friendly attitude. He invited us to sit down for the check-in process while he prepared some tea for us, such a thoughtful touch. The rooms had everything we needed. While the bed was a bit firm, I still slept better than expected. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was included with our stay. When it was time to leave, we were walked out with our bags and even helped with loading our luggage into the car. The service was warm and attentive from start to finish. It’s also a beautifully decorated hotel-charming and full of character. We were so tired when we arrived, and this place was the perfect spot to rest before continuing our journey back to Marrakech. Highly recommend!

Simple Berber style accommodation with a view of the gorge and very comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. Lots of blankets to keep warm. Clean. Great food.
