We came here for yala safari. Very good and clean rooms. Staff is excellent. Very close to the city. You can get free bikes anytime. We also had a very delicious meal. We were given a very valuable safari. We saw many animals. We were lucky enough to see a leopard. The driver is very experienced. We can get it from their taxi at a very low and reasonable price. Everything is very reasonable.

Guests can eat in the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and high tea. Jami Hotel was the highlight of our trip! Not only was our stay extremely comfortable, but the owner really took care of us. We saw animals from the restaurant, including a monitor lizard, crocodile, king fisher, parrots, etc. The best part was the safari they organized for us. We saw 3 leopards and a sloth bear during our full day safari. They even prepared our breakfast and lunch with plenty of water. We had prebooked with a different safari company the day before and were a bit disappointed with the first trip. With Jami, we really couldn't ask for a better driver or a better host. They made our stay so special.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Mailagama Cinnamon Residence is a recently renovated guest house set in Kataragama, 21 km from Situlpawwa. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. What a hidden gem! Beautiful surroundings. Really nice and comfortable rooms. The staff is really nice, they even had a baby cot and baby chair for our little girl. The food is one of the best! She gave us tea on arrival and bananas from her own garden which tasted amazing. Immaculatley clean room and bathroom. Organised our safari ar Yala National Park before arrival. Great value for money. Would highy recommend.

He sent us the bus schedule from Ella to Tissa, he drove us around the lake to see crocodiles and birds, and bats at a late time, he also arranged the safari in Yala for us for a great price, and prepared an early breakfast before leaving at 4:30. He drove us with his tuktuk when we needed to catch the bus to Tangalle and checked that we had successfully arrived. The room was also cozy and the location of the hotel is not far from the main road.

It is small familliar hotel with large rooms. Swimming pool is big, and clean, and next to room. Very tasty breakfast. During the whole stay our hoste prepared the best tea witht milk for our children. Wery nice atmosphere.

The property is right in front of the lake and the sunrise is absolutely stunning! I even saw crocodiles, and many bird species. There was fisherman there who took me for a trade fishing ride experience. So many birds singing and squirrels playing around, literally, it was like living with the nature. And nearby lake, there were thousands of fruit bats and anhinga birds. For nature lovers, this place is like heaven. For city people, it’s an opportunity to be with the real nature!
