The owner lady was truly the nicest person we met in all of Sri Lanka – so friendly, welcoming, and caring. She went above and beyond to help us organize our safari and even arranged our departure taxi, which made everything so easy. Super nice hosts! I had a warm welcome, amd they made sure that I'll see the most while I'm there. Room is comfortable and quiet. I even got a bonus breakfast which was very sweet. Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the guest house. Amazing place to stay and also amazing safari! We did the full day safari and it was a great experience! We saw so many amazing animals. We cannot recommend this place enough. The family is so kind and the service is excellent. The room is also very clean and comfortable with high quality Aircon.

The host is very nice and helpfull and you can benefit from the fact that he is a guide so you cand take a jeep safary from them directly. 100% recommend.

The cabanas are very adventurous, offering a fantastic view of the lake: if you're lucky you can spot a few crocodiles swimming around! There's no danger and it's very peaceful.☺️ The rooms are simple and tasteful. The hammock is bliss! There isn't any hot water but that's not a problem at all. We only had lunch and the kottu was very, very tasty. They can recommend a safari tour-Janaka- and it was professional and fun.

We booked a Safari with the owner and it was a fantastic experience. Our 2 little boys also enjoyed the stay. Owners are very friendly.
