They had good food and humungous servings, and they were able to arrange everything that I needed (safari, transport to and from Udawalawe). The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Wonderful place to stay to enjoy Udawalawe Park owned by a welcoming couple. The bungalows are large, clean, and beautifully constructed. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening and showering in the outdoor waterfall shower. We were greeted with tea and cake. Dinner is spectacular vegetarian Sri Lankan cuisine. Go for the tours offered by the hosts as well. They are great. We did a 4 hour morning safari and saw many elephants, often without other jeeps around, as well as loads of birds, plus water buffalo and a crocodile. All in all, a wonderful operation. Perfect one night stop for your time in Udawalawe.

The guest house features family rooms. What a great place. The set up is beautiful. Even better than the photos. Great value for money the most beautiful hosts. We stayed 2 night and had dinner there on one night. The dinner was delicious. We saw fireflies at night in the garden. Our host arranged a safari for us. We loved our stay.
