To top it off, breakfast is fresh, copious and with a good mix of local and more Western options. The only thing we regret is that we could stay only one night.

The location is not far from the downtown area but far enough to have a relaxing stay. You can easily walk to small Adams Peak and the 9 arch bridge from there. The host was a wonderful gentleman who made sure my stay was an excellent one and provided me with useful information during my stay. He even arranged my transfer to Trincomalee which I appreciated. The room itself was very comfortable with a fan that kept the room at a nice temperature as the nights are cool.Nice bed and good hot water pressure.

Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport is 84 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. This hotel is one of the best things in my Sri Lanka trip. The room is extremely clean and well equipped and also so nicely decorated. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed. Especially the owner of the hotel, Aku and Isuru helped me every thing I needed during my stay. They gave me great advice about the trip in Ella and Nuwala Eliya. They even helped me to get the train ticket for Nuwala Eliya and thanks to Isuru’s advice I had the greatest view from the train. Plus, Isuru loves Japanese anime and he knows a little Japanese. It was vey nice of him to great me in Japanese. I would definitely love to visit Ella and stay at their place again.
