Very good hotel. With good staff and best breakfast and delicious food in restaurant, it’s good because don’t need go anywhere. Have a nice tree house for sunrise or sunsets. Had a small problem with electricity.

The food was astonishingly good, owners like friends, beutiful nature around, hot water and nice pressure, not like in other hotels. Would have loved to stay here at least a week.

Amazing little gem of a place. We had 2 rooms and they were very comfortable. The people were incredibly kind. They did everything they could to make our stay the best. You only had to ask and they would help. They know all about the local attractions so don’t hesitate to ask. Breakfast and dinner was just perfect for us. Super tasty local food. Really enjoyed staying here and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere quiet but convenient.

Apsolute amazing! The best place we stayed in Sri Lanka, we had perfect vacation place to rest afrer safari or climing the Lion's rock. The private pool is just phenomenal, the food that hosts prepare for you, we had every meal at the accomodation and did not regrate it! Staff - amazing couple willing to help with everything!

Hungry Lion has a great vibe and is a nice place to relax. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with managing our time between activities during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with generous portions that set us up perfectly for the day. Highly recommended!

In our opinion, it was the best accommodation we were able to stay at in Sri Lanka. A great location, surrounded by nature and a tranquility that allows one to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, clean rooms and a natural wooden decor – exactly what we love. Excellent food! The planned one night was extended, and for that, the generous and sweet family is responsible. They are extremely hospitable and always smiling.
