The warm hosts were so welcoming. They helped arrange an excellent tuk tuk driver and recommended a simple restaurant with the best Indian food I have ever had times a million. They also provided us with a delicious breakfast each morning and made us feel at home.

My stay was wonderful! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was also perfect for exploring. First of all the people working in this hostel are very sweet helpful and answered all of my numerous questions about travelling around Kandy. The hostel is extremely clean, there are 2 big common areas, a laundry place (for free by the way), 2 kitchens, books and a notebook with many tips for Sri lanka written by travellers (restaurants, homestays, what to visit etc) which I find so useful and so cool! Rooms are big and bright, there is hot shower and AC, a desk with a drawer that you can lock. People are very respectful and quiet here. It is a good 35 min walk to the clock tower but you can take the bus if you prefer. I highly recommend this place, it is easy to meet people and you get so many travelling tips!

If you’re looking to unwind and escape the city’s hustle and bustle, head to this place. Nestled amidst nature and close to a serene river, it’s the perfect spot to relax. The staff is absolutely incredible - they’re friendly, approachable, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Dusan is particularly helpful and easygoing, while Nasar, the cook, is a caracter guy who’ll make you laugh, and makes a good cup of tea. It’s like staying in a cozy home, not a lifeless hotel.

Great big bathroom and glass enclosed shower. Kind staff that helped us in several ways. We didn’t have breakfast, but the place was lovely and they were helpful.

First of all, the location is great if you plan to go Ambuluwawa Tower. Secondly, this is the most creative room I've ever seen! You may expect such details somewhere in hostels of Amsterdam or Bruxelles. And all this unusual stuff was created by owner's hands! Great giant bed, super cozy carpet, foldable table, nice bathroom with hot water and authentic materials. And a lot of green plants everywhere. The owner was super friendly and helpful.
