It is a jewel! A secret garden not far from Kandy’s City Center. Beautiful villa full of flowers designed in the way you feel like you are living in a jungle with charming little swimming pool in the middle , rooms are so beautiful! Full of colorful artifacts , masks and other symbols connected to Sri Lanka, very cosy bathroom (shower). If that wasn’t enough owner is most wonderful, most friendly most kind person in Sri Lanka , he was so helpful , guided us with everything, gave us really useful tips about what and when to see , where to go , possibilities of our journey , recommended nice cheap place to eat. This the best place to stay in Kandy!

Delicious breakfast, very helpful owner. Bathroom was huge, air-conditioning was working perfectly. Room had everything what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kandy Tree Tops. The place is very eautiful and secure. We loved meeting the owner, who was very nice to us and served us a delicious breakfast every morning. Strongly recommend!

Without any doubt it was the best stay of our trip. The house owner is an extremely humble man. He has a cute little family living at the villa too which gives such a homely and safe feeling. His little girl Chloe was our favorite part of the stay we miss her so much. The property owner cooperated with us to an extreme extent. He even gave us complimentary pancakes for our anniversary. He was so fast in replying to our messages. He guided us on every step. Because of him, our Kandy stay became perfect!

Room was spotless and extremely tranquil. I wish I had stayed there longer, since I slept there so well. The owner was really friendly and helpful, he organised us airport pick up and was eager to explain how we could get to the next destination of our trip. Also, the breakfast was delicious. Overall it was very good experience.

Views are incredible, clean & good shower. Sri Lankan breakfasts delicious, also had dinner cooked for us which was also delicious! A previous review wrote about the price of dinner, but it was worth every penny! Viper, the owner was super helpful and was full of interesting history/facts about Kandy.
