Beautiful property that felt like our own little oasis. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The shower was excellent too. Breakfast was served at your requested time and the owner offered to cook us a Sri Lankan breakfast that was really good. The location does require a tuk tuk in and out of Kandy central but you can down load the pick me app to get local rates to keep costs down. Excellent stay and highly recommended.

Great balcony to chill in. Surrounded by trees and the peace and quiet. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Takes about 20 minutes or so to walk to the center of town/lake. Some shops nearby, about 0.5km away.

I was very happy with my decision to stay here instead of a hotel in the city center. I could enjoy clean air and a peaceful atomosphere. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of trees and sound of birds. The staff were warm and very kind and they were always ready to help and support me. As a female solo traveler, I really appreciated their support. The owner gave me useful information about places to visit and was always happy to answer my questions. The communication was very smooth and he replied very quickly through Whatsapp and I really appreciated it. It was a home-stay like experience and I really enjoyed my stay.

Delicious breakfast, very helpful owner. Bathroom was huge, air-conditioning was working perfectly. Room had everything what we needed.

The apartment was very exceptional. It was so spacious and well equipped. The view was stunning with very much light coming in. We are very happy. Breakfast was to our taste.

This place was great. Very reasonably priced and super cosy and comfortable. I stayed at 4 different places in Sri Lanka this week and I got the best sleep at this place. The breakfast! So good and huge! The owner is super nice. If you are passing through this town I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kandy. The room was spacious and very clean, including the washroom which was well maintained and stocked with shampoo and body wash. The hot shower was excellent—just what I needed after a long day. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant. The garden was a real highlight, full of fruit trees like avocado, mango, and banana. In the morning, I loved watching birds and squirrels visit the trees—it was such a peaceful and beautiful experience. Thank you for the lovely hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
