After traveling Sri Lanka for 3 weeks, this has absolutely been the best place we’ve stayed at. Everything is well thought of: the welcome, the privacy and interior of the cabanas, the beautiful garden with 2 pools. Breakfast is plenty! Good social aspect too, since they get the breakky and kayaks from local families who are lesser fortunate. If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet place to chill out, this is definitely it!

One of the best experiences in Sri lanka trip within 3 weeks. Amazing place, not only appartment but all Rekava. Definately one of the most underrated places in Sri lanka. If you are in doubts - you definately should go there. Peace, silence, nature, ocean, turtles, amazing people - this is Rekava. Lookout lodge is excelent accomodation - new house, all clean and comfy, perfect location near the beach and turtle watch center. Good restaurant nearby (reccomended by Chami). Excelent breakfast and peacefull conversations with owner. We felt like home there and all our wishes were fulfilled with smile. And - there is a pool now - we where the first users and it is great. Appriciated by our boys. Sorry that we booked just 2 nights there, would have liked to stay at least a couple more days. Everything was amazing here and we felt like at home. Very quiet and comfortable stay and lovely owners. Breakfast was huge and delicious. WiFi worked very well and we loved that each room had own drinkable water in big canisters inside the room so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Lots of flower decorations everywhere which makes stay very lovely, we stayed 4 nights and if they weren’t fully booked we would extended the stay without doubt. This was the best stay we had during our trip in Sri Lanka and no wonder this place has such a nice reviews.
