Everything looked brand new, clean, well-maintained. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms excellent, plenty of space to breathe and unwind. The pool—two of them!—were exactly what I needed for a peaceful swim and to cool off. Breakfast was a highlight: generous, fresh, tasty, with enough variety that every morning felt like a treat. Location is perfect: tucked away enough for quiet and relaxation, but close enough to Rekawa Beach for beautiful walks and turtle watching . But what really made the stay special was Madura. Thoughtful, hospitable, always on point. Couldn't ask for a better host. He made sure everything ran smoothly, checked in just at the right times, gave helpful suggestions for things to do, Really appreciated his warmth. If you’re looking for a serene, well-designed escape, with excellent food, cleanliness, and superb hospitality — this is it. Don’t worry about the service, they’ve got it totally covered. Highly recommended. We’ll be back.

They are very attentive and friendly and had the best recommendations. Each morning, breakfast was fresh and tasty. We had dinner there as well and it was the best meal all week. He sent us the bus schedule from Ella to Tissa, he drove us around the lake to see crocodiles and birds, and bats at a late time, he also arranged the safari in Yala for us for a great price, and prepared an early breakfast before leaving at 4:30. He drove us with his tuktuk when we needed to catch the bus to Tangalle and checked that we had successfully arrived. The room was also cozy and the location of the hotel is not far from the main road.
