Very nice room and loved the bathroom. Nearby the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Another tip: there is a mangrove lagoon nearby, take a tour there on a manpowered catamaran!

The property is next to a beach which is as beautiful - if not more so - than the hyped ones in Galle. An overall great experience!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Ohana. The room was simple and chic and clean, mosquito nets well maintained, nice smelling products in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming. Book a surf lesson! I had a lot of fun. Beginners at Weligama and more advanced near the guest house. Breakfast was delicious! Location was a short walk along the busy main drag that runs through town. There is a nice blend of Sri Lankan and western food and finally somewhere to get a good cup of coffee!

Susanna and Tusharo (please excuse me if I’m misspelling the names :) were wonderful hosts. Welcoming and informative. It really felt like our own house. Spotless clean, equipped with everything a traveler needs, beautiful nature around, a garden well kept. Another great thing is the hosts really care about animals and Tusharo shared fascinating information about the connection local people share with the sea turtles (we got lucky and swam with them). The beach has some great surf. Would love to come back and stay more.
