The ambience was out of this world; the in-house food was remarkable, fresh home cooked restaurant style (large servings) Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Staying at Aathma House was the climax of our Sri Lanka holiday, would we stay there again, MOST DEFIANTLY.

Very cozy, clean and cute place to stay. Very close to Havelock City Mall. Room was big, there was a/c. Stuff was extremely helpful and friendly, I appreciated them. I got wine and chocolate Canolo and got breakfast in the morning, everything was yummy. I wish I could have a more time to enjoy the room and Italian food. I will definitely come back again.

The location is excellent—every major café and tourist attraction is just a quick TukTuk ride away. The host, Ignatius Joseph, is amazing. You can tell he has put a lot of thought into the house, which features beautiful colonial-style decor. He was always available to help and shared fantastic tips on local cafes. It was a pleasure meeting him. Tip: I highly recommend booking directly with him! 10/10
