The best accommodation we have experienced so far in Sri Lanka! Traveling around for over a week already. Beautiful, very clean, very new and comfortable and a very hospitable host. Ashok has a lot of experience managing hotels and it is obvious from the outset - he has arranged everything very well. Also, it is close to both beaches - Passikudah and Kalkudah ones. We loved our stay a lot.

Super clean. The kids could play in the garden. Super friendly family and easy to communicate with. We stayed 2 nights and went to Passukudah beach. Kumu looked after us perfectly. We had the best breakfast in Sri Lanka with loads of fruit and she prepared a superb rice and curry for dinner. Holiday Beach Guesthouse is 5 minutes walking from the beach, which is great and where there are only few people. The property is tidy and the garden peaceful. Our villa was well maintained and comfortable. We hope to come back!

This place is twice as nice as the Ubay Homestay I stayed at in Trincomalee for which I paid much more - $30 per night. What's better about it, besides the lower price, is: More spacious, more modern room Fewer bugs (really hardly any) Larger, less smelly bathroom Much quieter setting. Instead of being in the middle of a bunch of other places, including a loud hostel next door, as Ubay was, this place is in a wide open, peaceful setting, the only close neighbor a church. Better breakfast at the same price - 1300 Free, filtered water A larger staff, very attentive, but unobtrusive, only there when you need them The two beaches nearby are quieter and less crowded Much thanks to Usha, the owner's wife, who speaks excellent English. She welcomed me graciously with fresh coconut water and gave me another one when I left.

Arul and his wife are absolutely lovely. Their english is excellent and it facilitates communication. Arul is really keen on sharing local knowledge and culture which was super nice. Room is fine. Location is perfect between the two beaches (I personally prefer Kalkudah) Breakfast and food is delicious. Highly recommend the pancake rolls!

This hotel offers the perfect beachside retreat, with proximity to both Kalkudah and Passikudah beaches. Being situated near these two stunning beaches offers guests the convenience of exploring and enjoying the beauty of two distinct coastal paradises. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Every moment spent at the hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent service and attention to detail from the staff. Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway.
