The balcony facing the cliffs and river are the perfect spot for relaxing! Also the free breakfast is delicious!!

Very close to restaurants, activities, Bridge... The room is spotless clean, with a big comfy bed, great hot shower, kettle, free coffee and tea, toiletries and great WiFi. The owners are absolutely lovely people who let us leave our suitcases for a day while we travelled to another city. Amazing stay.

A beautiful view of the river and surrounding mountains from a comfortable room. The bed and bedding were some of the best we experienced in Laos. Great cooked-to-order breakfast served on our balcony. Extremely cheerful and helpful staff accommodated our every need.

I really loved my stay here. First I was only gonna stay 1 night before doing the 2 days 1 night camping, but I loved it so much that I also stayed a night extra to rest after doing the camping. Mr Nick is super friendly and you can ask him everything. From the moment I arrived, I really felt at home. The bungalows itself are also super cosy & you have a nice terrace outside where you can chill in the evening. You have your own shower & high tech toilet. The location is a bit further away from the centrr but I didn’t mind because I wanted some rest. And if you want, you can rent a scooter there and drive yourself around. I really recommend staying here!

The Lovely lady who owns Khamphan helped us with everything we needed and the location was just perfect overlooking the river on the balcony.

But seriously, the host is sooo helpful and always looking for ways to improve. Really appreciated his help answering my questions and organizing everything.

Location is very quiet, bit on side, so you can really have a rest here. And the swimming in the river is so refreshing! The staff was very helpful, breakfast basic, but tasty (eggs, pankaces, omlet, fruits), they also provide the laundry service. And no need to take tuk tuk from the bus station as it's just 2 min walking. Fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

The shower was the best we've had in south East Asia so far, incredible water pressure and actual hot water which is a rarity! Super clean, and the owner went out of his way to help us when one of us fell ill from food poisoning and had to move hotels for an extended stay (sadly there was no availability to extend here) by letting us check out late and personally drove us down the road to our next hotel so we didn't have to walk with our bags.
