Firstly I want to thank Johney, the host of this beautiful place. He has a very good heart. He was so helpful. We had everything that we needed even our own kitchen. Johney gave us towels, water, cooking supplies and more over he allowed us kayaking and it was one of the best days! Talking about the place: it’s a paradise. We were staying in local village and interacting with locals. The kids are adorable there. The house was so beautiful. It had a fan and it was more than enough for us. When you live in the nature you don’t really need WiFi so it was amazing to have these beautiful three days in the nature and waking up with the songs of the birds. OMG! I 100% recommend Friend of Nature homestay! You will never regret it and it could be your best experience in Cambodia because for us it was one of the best! Also Friend of nature homestay is situated in the north of Koh Rong, very close to Lonely beach and it has its own local Palm beach. Johney, thank you so much for being so nice to us! Your homestay is one of the best that I’ve stayed in!

This place is magical! It’s the ultimate chill paradise: there’s an affordable bar, you can join yoga classes, take part in bead-necklace workshops, and enjoy movie nights with a projector. There’s also a small, budget-friendly and super tasty restaurant right next door. Inside Seashell, there’s even a tattoo studio with beautiful designs and an amazing tattoo artist. The Seashell staff is absolutely lovely. We stayed in an upstairs double room — a real cozy cocoon in this little piece of paradise. Honestly, everything was perfect. I recommend it without hesitation!

We rented kayaks and went through the fishing village and down to the ocean! The food was incredible and the property was beautiful.

Ellen made us feel at home immediately. We felt so comfortable here in her beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, clean, and cool with the over head fan. The property also has a great balcony with hammock and view over the village. Ellen gave us great advice on what to do and where to eat in the bay as the food there is excellent. We didn’t want to leave.

The hosts were very friendly & the food delicious. We enjoyed visiting Lonely Beach during the day, a lovely quiet beach which is within walking distance (around 40 mins).

No matter that, the tent was big, with a nice, comfortable bed. Electricity a fan and towels. I had access to the shared bathroom and showers, kept clean all along my stay. The accomodation has a small restaurant with bar. The food they cook and serve is great! It has direct access to the Coconut Beach. It think it is one of the best places where to stay in Koh Rong as it has a few bars and restaurant, the beach is never crowded and is beautiful, and it is very peaceful here.

They were also fantastic at helping with the logistics of getting to and from the island. Communication was excellent.

The location to me it is the best at Sok San,past the village on the little 'hill' overlooking the bay. Bungalows are basics but really clean and with anything you need,a fridge,a kettle,plenty wall sockets etc. To get to the beach is a mere and pleasant 10 minutes walk. No brainer choice in Sok San.

I loved the location 200m up the road from the beach, close enough to be convenient to everywhere but far enough away to have a silent night's sleep. The restaurant directly across the road is probably the best in Mpay Bay too.

The person who runs the place is very nice, so are the children who play around. She tries very hard to keep the beach clean which isn't easy, I hope tourists can take part in it, at least by being wise with their own rubbish! Especially glass considering all the kids playing barefoot around the place!
