Eugene the owner was wonderful, he arranged a great half day tuk tuk trip to see the local area (hidden cave was terrific) and our connecting transport to Ha Tien. A genuinely lovely bloke. The room was light and spacious , good aircon and 15 min walk to the riverfront where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

Absolutely one of the best spots in Kampot regarding both atmosphere and price value relation. Well maintained, nice pool, clean and an amazing sunset view.

You can also just walk :). Amazing breakfast options with reasonable prices (we tried 5 different options). If you don't like the sounds from outside (roosters, crickets, dogs barking...), earplugs are a must.

Our room was large and comfortable with everything we needed, the location is just a short walk away from the town. The breakfast was delicious and the family running Seagull Guesthouse were so lovely and accommodating.

About 1.5 km walk into the centre of town, but easy to get remorque or tuk-tuk via Passapp app for a very reasonable price. Host has very reasonable & good motorcycle scooters for hire too.

Also the property was in really good condition with a lovely garden and a lovely terrace to each bungalow.

Owner is super nice and helpful and the room is in good condition and very comfortable. I booked 2 nights and stayed a whole week because the room was so comfortable. Also great laundry service.
