House of an artist ( artists assemble) It feels like chilling in an art gallery, like a hug to the soul. Very spacious and very clean. A fully furnished kitchen with very beautiful antiques. Quiet and peaceful. The place has a very beautiful aura, just calms your nerves.
The host? I haven't been hosted anywhere else like she did.She made sure we got the right directions to the place.Made sure to remind us of safety as we traveled to the place( We got there quite late). And checked to see if we arrived safely after our trip. She's such a professional. I have found my go to haven every time I will be in Mombasa. We did not want to leave 🤭.

The place was quiet and comfortable. The host was lovely and very hospitable.
Blue Monkey Beach Cottages is a recently renovated guest house in Wasini, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, private beach area and garden.

It was really a very special and unique experience to stay at Blue Monkey. Everything is simple but well thought through, so I wasn't missing anything. The solar panel allowed to keep the phone charged even though the place is not grid connected, showering with the bucket is no problem. Ismail is the most friendly and helpful host you could imagine. He showed me the village, helped organize a snorkel tour and had a lot to tell about the history of the place and the village. Wasini island is stunning with coral reefs, mangrove forests, dolphins swimming nearby. Overall, highly recommended!

I like this place . It is about ten minutes away from the beach and very close to the African swimming pool. I stayed here for four nights and I was the only guest. It was very quiet. The swimming pool is very good and I like it very much.
The location suits a traveler who seeks experiences over ease of access. Had a pleasant couple of hours around the 'Africa Pool' with an acquaintance of the property caretaker who in fact was the best guide to the area. It is a peaceful place and has its own rustic allure. The caretaker did try accommodate my requests as much as he could.
